For a while, i felt like i didnt have anything to write about. but i actually did/do have alot. im just too busy, a little bit lazy, partially scared. to write about all these feelings and thoughts i have. but its not anything bad. i just realized soooo many things, and im so excited to keep growing as an individual. as human beings, we were never perfect and we will never be. thats why its important to always seek something, to want to become better, to want something we think at the moment is impossible. i believe that the bigger the struggle, the more you feel happiness when it comes your way. sometimes we miss the little good things that saves us from destroying ourselves on a hard day. i want to become someone that can appreciate every little thing. even the struggles and bad things and to make them into something positive. i want to understand more of what it means to appreciate my life. and so i decided. i know ive said this many times but im going to be harder on myself. self discipline starts today.

recently, i write letters to people like im giving it to them, nice hand writting, colorful pens and all. i write down everything i would like to say to them and how i feel, even memories. then i read it to myself and shred it up in to a million pieces and throw it away. it just makes me feel like i got something off my chest. makes me sane again.
